By accessing and using the DREDON TECH LLC website (dredontech.store) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.
DREDON TECH LLC provides digital marketing, AI automation, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, analytics, paid advertising management, and accounting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Google Ads management fees include a monthly management fee plus a percentage of ad spend as specified on the service page.
All content, deliverables, reports, strategies, and materials created by DREDON TECH LLC during a service engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. DREDON TECH LLC retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated results data for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DREDON TECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date. DREDON TECH LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Mississippi.
