1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At DREDON TECH LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. We are committed to delivering measurable results and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to your account manager immediately so we can address your concerns.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility varies by service and circumstances:
- Prepaid Services: For services paid in advance, you may request a prorated refund for unused months if we have materially failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your service agreement.
- Monthly Services: Monthly retainers are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. However, if you cancel within the first 14 days of a new service engagement and we have not yet commenced substantive work, you may be eligible for a full refund of that month's fee.
- Google Ads Spend: Ad spend passed through to Google is non-refundable as it is paid directly to Google. Management fees follow standard refund terms.
- Setup / One-Time Fees: One-time setup, audit, or consulting fees are non-refundable once the work has been delivered.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at ceo@dredontech.store with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your case within 5 business days and respond with a determination. If approved, we will provide a timeline for the refund.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Change of mind after services have been rendered
- Failure to provide necessary access, information, or cooperation required for service delivery
- Dissatisfaction with results that fall within communicated expectations (e.g., SEO rankings take time, as stated upfront)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and apply discretion where appropriate.
